Our Belief

We believe that adopting a healthy lifestyle helps individuals excel and live life to the fullest. The journey to finding a holistic healthy lifestyle gives one insight into the many challenges in life and enables him/her to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding in all aspects of human existence.

Exercising and working out should be a part of the daily routine. A healthy, active lifestyle increases productivity and decreases stress levels at workplaces. When exercise is combined with a clear and focused mind, it helps individuals to excel and achieve more in life. Finding time to exercise in today’s busy routines is quite challenging and we, HK FALCONS, understand this very well. We are happy to partner with you to make this an enjoyable journey.

Our Story/Birth

Jack Coach grew up very active and athletic as a kid. He attained a First-Class Honours Degree in Sports Science and Physical Education. After graduation, he taught P.E. at a prestigious school and coached a professional soccer team on fitness. Jack has accumulated experiences working with different populations from children to elite athletes. He strongly believes that individuals can not only benefit from an active lifestyle physically but psychologically and emotionally. HKFALCONS was born for the purpose of providing the community with a holistic approach towards wellness.

    I first met Jack in 2019 when visiting HK, although I had taken a break from running, I was soon inspired to train again due to his immense passion of anything fitness/health related.

    Although I’d previously trained at a running club, this particular style of training was more comprehensive, he placed great emphasis on thorough dynamic warm-up routines prior to intense training sessions, which although I’d had previous experience of, was a cut above the rest.

    The same could be said about the warm-down, after intense sessions it’s all too easy to just shower/eat/sleep.With HK FALCONS, we are given the same amount of attention to details to this which ultimately prevents injuries and promotes good flexibility and muscle elasticity.

    If you train with HK FALCONS, you’ll soon realise how great their sessions are and what benefits they can bring to your fitness/health/attitude, regardless of whether you’re a casual runner or elite athlete, HK FALCONS has something for everyone.

    Jack really helped me with fitness, I trust him as he’s very fit himself. He also incorporated some sport specific drills into my training to make it more fun.

    In my case it was football.  Whether you’re a weekend warrior or training for sports, I would recommend him highly as he led by example and never lost his 6 pack.  

    There’s got to be some secret behind this!
